Baylies Epicurean Delights values your privacy and ensure that all personal information is protected in a strict confidential manner. The information you supply to us directly, in the online shop, or through general enquiries, are used only to make sure our customers receive first-rate service. All personal information e.g. addresses and contact numbers are stored securely and are only used by Baylies Epicurean Delights. No other party without your permission.
Purchasing and Payment
When placing an order on our website, we only record the details needed for delivery purposes to confirm your identity, delivery address and contact details. At no time do we record card details on our website. At the time of purchasing on www.baylies.com.au your payment details are processed securely by our high level security payment gateway, Bpoint. We do keep a secure record of your payment details until the order is ready for dispatch, just in case of any changes to your order. After your order is processed, your payment details are not stored in any form.
We make every effort to ensure our entire range is available for purchase, as shown on our website. However if an item is unavailable, we will stipulate Out of Stock. However if this is this is not stipulated and the product is unavailable, we will offer a full refund or the customer may choose another product, to fulfil order.
Baylies Epicurean Delights ships nation-wide using Australian Post or other freight carriers. Shipping is a flat fee of $15.00 and the relevant charge before payment in checkout will include this charge to your order. Our aim is to have your order dispatched in 3 working days after order is placed. Depending on availability of product or season this may be a longer process (no longer than 5 days). Delivery with our freight carriers take between 2-5 working days (depending on state). Same time period applies with Australia post. During peak season (Christmas period) please be aware delivery times may be longer.
Our returns policy in case of incorrect product sent, please notify us on 08 8389 9633 or email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery, and as long as product is unopened we will arrange correct product at no extra cost. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. If the product has exceeded its best before date at time of delivery or is faulty, Baylies Epicurean Delights will replace the product at no extra cost.

Baylies Epicurean Delights values all our loyal customers and we strive to deliver quality service to at all times. Leading up to Christmas is a very busy time for us and orders palced after the 1st December may not be received before Christmas Day. This is partly due to expected delays with Australia Post and other freight carriers over the holiday period.
We endeavour to ensure orders are dispatched as soon as possible please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries about the statues of your order. Please be aware we cannot offer any refunds for order delivered after Christmas Day.
