The fruits and nuts to make this recipe are steeped in Muscat Wine, sourced from the Barossa Valley. Added to the recipe are dark brown sugar, free range eggs, and organic wholemeal flour, to make this rich dense and flavoursome cake.
Serve cut into thin slices for afternoon tea or after dinner with coffee. For a special treat serve with Champagne or dessert wine.
